Perform each exercise for one minute each without rest in between. Once you complete all seven exercises, rest for 3 minutes. Repeat this cycle for 4 rounds.

3. Jump Squats
4. Moving Knee Thrusts
5. Swimmers
6. Mt. Jumpers
7. 10 Yard Sprints both directions
(10 Minute Fitcamp Cool Down & Stretch)
