WOD: Monday - 031708
"Kettlebell Ladders"
Perform 10, 15, 20, 15, 10 reps of each exercise w/ 10 seconds to rest in between reps. The goal is to not place the kettlebell down during your 10 second breaks. Rest 30 seconds between each exercise.
1. 2-handed Kettlebell Swing
2. Kettlebell Squat
3. Kettlebell Deadlift
4. Single Arm Kettlebell Swing (# of reps/ea. arm)
