WOD: Monday - 032408
Perform each exercise for 30 secs. Perform 30 secs of burpees after ea. exercise. Complete all exercises, and take 90 sec. break. Repeat for 3 rounds.

3. Dip & Thrusts
4. Pullups
5. Jump Rope
6. Med Ball Toss
